Payment & Refund Policy

Domestic Pet Relocations by Road:
1.1. Cancellation must be made at least 4 days or 96 hours prior to the travel date for a 100% refund.
1.2. Please note that any operational costs incurred are non-refundable.
1.3. Cancellation within 4 days or 96 hours before the travel date will result in an additional charge deduction.

Domestic Pet Relocations by Rail:
2.1. Cancellation of domestic pet relocations by train will incur the applicable IRCTC cancellation charges.
2.2. Please note that any operational costs incurred are non-refundable.
2.3. Cancellation within 4 days or 96 hours prior to the travel date will result in an additional charge deduction.

Domestic Pet Relocations by Air:
3.1. Bookings must be cancelled at least 4 days or 96 hours prior to the travel date for a 100% refund.
3.2. Please note that any operational costs incurred are non-refundable.

International Pet Relocation & Cancellation (T&C Apply)*:
4.1. AVI Import (Cargo) – Cancellation must be made at least 4 days prior to the travel date for a 100% refund.
4.2. Please note that any operational costs incurred during the import process are non-refundable.
4.3. AVI Export (Cargo) – Cancellation must be made at least 4 days prior to the travel date for a 100% refund.
4.4. Please note that any operational costs incurred during the export process are non-refundable.
4.5. AVI Import/Export (NOC) – The No Objection Certificate (NOC) process is mandatory for international movements. Once a booking is confirmed and NOC documentation is processed, it becomes non-refundable & non-cancellable.

Additional Notes:
5.1. We provide free sales consultancy for your journey. Non-refundable charges will be levied for any services availed during or after the consultancy process.
5.2. Pet Movers reserves the right to update quotes in case of changes in airline-issued charges or government fees.
5.3. Pet Movers reserves the right to cancel bookings if the services required are outside our domain (e.g., transporting a dog breed into a country where it is banned).
5.4. The booking charges for a domestic pet relocation are ₹5000 and are refundable in case of timely cancellation.
5.5. Extra services are chargeable & non-refundable once the service has been availed and preparations are underway.
